Insights Studio helps brands understand the changing landscape of millennial women consumers. The female market is a gold mine no brand can afford to ignore. According to research, women control 70-80% of consumer spending decisions. As a global brand, you cannot afford to miss out on this billion-dollar segment; and SLA is your perfect partner for the millennial generation.

Case Study – L’Oreal

SoftSheen Carson, a L’Oreal subsidiary for black hair, wanted to better understand how millennial women across major African cities viewed their historical brands in comparison to newer entrants into the market.

The Insights Studio crafted a research study of over 1,000 millennial young women in more than 6 cities to understand their shopping habits, annual hair care spend and brand perception. These insights informed the launch of a new natural hair care line into the market.
